TropiClean uses Colloidal Oatmeal, (Avena sativa oatmeal) is a natural ingredient found in many of our shampoos that helps to moisturize, clean, and soften a pet's coat. It can also help soothe itchy, irritated skin as it aids in balancing the pH in the skin making it a powerful ally for relieving itchiness and restoring the skin & coat. Colloidal oatmeal binds to the pet’s skin and forms a protective barrier. It also helps the skin to hold in moisture and ease inflammation. 

 

Collodial Oatmeal has been used for centuries to relieve itch and irritation from dry skin due to winter, lengthy showers or harsh soaps.
